Has anyone reduced weight drinking this tea?

Yes this tea definitely works. Drink every morning and either walk for about 30 minutes or some cardio for 15-30 minutes stay consistent. You will lose weight!! The hard part about losing weight is the desires to fall back into your “normal” eating habits. Find healthy alternatives before you start your weight loss journey, even fast food places find out what you should order and not what you want to order. Black Coffee and chromium helps aid the best to this tea far as the hunger pains. This has been the best tea I have used for weight loss.

Does this tea make you move your bowels? and is it good for colon cleansing?

I think it might help a bit, nothing drastic. Yogi does make other tea formulas that I have seen at the store specifically for helping get regular and also colon cleansing. But I've never tried them.

Love this tea so much. Does anyone know exactly how much stevia is actually in it. For medical reasons?

Yes, it does have stevia leaf in it. That is where the sweetness is coming from.The box does not say how much stevia leaf is used though. It must not be much because the sweet flavor is very mild and I'm mega sensitive to it.
