Although it was a little too expensive for me with the delivery charges and stuff, I am really glad that I ordered it. It has worked miracles with the wrist pain and sprains I was experiencing ever since I increased the weights with dumbbells and barbells. Although it was a slight increase in weights, it did not go well with my wrists and things got out of hand really fast. So much so, that I found myself missing my workouts 2-3 days in a row.
