Use everyday in my coffee. Helps keep me regular and I believe keeps my nails and hair growing and strong. Dissolves easily and the vanilla adds a nice creamer flavor to my coffee.

I love this product...I'm working on my weight it going down...but the inches is coming off. I was able to get into a skirt size 14..my friends think I'm losing weight..this protein helps me to drop inches and when you blend this with frozen fruits and fair life milk..omg.. it's like having shake..it's great in the coffee..no sugar or creamer needed..I have this on auto ship..

Good stuff, just not a large enough jar for what it costs. Wish was in strawberry lemonade, or plain unflavored product & larger sizes.
