I am trying different brands. love tranquility premium. tena plus absorbency doesn't work for me. i use for overnight. which tena works best?

I USE TENA OVERNIGHT AND IT WORKS GREAT

What are the most absorbent pads you can use with these? My grandmother is really incontinent at night.

Tena #6 strength are the most absorbent but it still may mean changing the pads during the night. Very imporatant to have grandmother tested for a UTI which may be causing the problem or making it worse.

How much liquid do they hold?

They hold a lot, can get quite heavy, but like all the others I’ve tried they leak through the leg openings.
