Takeya Actives Straw Lid for Insulated Water Bottle, Wide Mouth, Arctic

Llevo un año con este termo de Takeya, se rompió el popote y compré estos repuestos y funcionan a la perfección, es la mejor botella que he comprado en mi vida y me parece excelente que tengan el repuesto oficial. recomendadísimo!

I have nothing but praise for this water bottle lid. It fits perfectly on my Takeya Actives 24 Oz cobalt water bottle and looks good on it too. The white color looks extra great on their many colorful water bottles, especially the lighter colored ones such as teal, pink, white, or light blue, and more. I really like that the shape of the lid is pretty flat. I have an off-brand water bottle lid but the handle part where you carry the lid does not have a hinge. It is permanently slanted upwards. If you have a small backpack that you put your water bottle in, every inch of space is important and being able to move the hinged bottle holder downwards to the side to save some space is really convenient. I like how the handle is extra wide. It’s a good lid for people with large fingers. I could easily fit three fingers in the handle. That way I can have extra grip and strength when the water bottle is heavy and full of water. Other handles can only have space to fit two in the narrow handle. Because of the white color, if there are stains on the lid, you will definitely see it. If you are germaphobe and want things to be extra clean, it definitely makes things easier to spot the discolored stains. There is a section near the bottom of the lid that is rubberized with dimples that stick out on the sides that make the lid super easy to remove and put back in. That little extra grip makes a big difference in cleaning the water bottle easily everyday. Because the straw was too long for my 24 Oz Takeya actives water bottle, it needed to be cut first. I like how the back of the packaging has the recommended measurements printed at the back for easy reference. I used it to align my straw to the back of the packaging and cut it at the line at an angle. The straw was really thick (which is good!) so it was more difficult to cut than i thought. I recommend you try to use very sharp and big scissors if you have one. The straw fits perfectly on the bottom lid and you can push it all the way in to make a good seal. As long as you push it in all the way, it will not fall off on its own. I haven't had the straw fall off or have a bad seal on its own yet when attached to this lid. The straw will last for a long time since it is thick and strong. It comes with two straws so I tried to use the other one on my off brand lid but it didn't fit, so your mileage may vary if you want to use it on a similar water bottle lid. Easy 5 out 5 stars on this water bottle lid.
