We found this very comfortable and great for the price.

This was amazing when it first arrived.so plumped and firm ohh so comfy.But after a few weeks it became flat and not as supporting.firmness didn’t last either.i guess I will have to find another in a few months.

The quality of this pillow is good. However, it is REALLY firm and solid. It feels like sleeping on a brick. It is very huge and caused neck pain for me. I am a side sleeper and I tried it for two weeks, but I could not stand the pain. I wish the company provide us with the option of taking out or controlling the foam insidePros1- good quality.2- it may work perfectly for people who like extra firm and giant pillows.3- the shape was maintained after two weeks of sleepingCons:1- too firm, which may be unhealthy for some people. It would cause neck pain and headache2- difficult to adjust its shape3- huge for some people, which also may cause issues with the neck and back.4- cannot take out the foam inside

Well don,t know if it,s coincidence or not, but I had the best nights sleep i,ve had in many months, the pillow is firm and wieghty, but I love it.

headaches and backaches after an overnight sleep never used again. I plan to open it up and reduce the shredded stuff inside thats making it too hard NEVER BUY

Took time to get used to it. Appeared too firm and gave me neck ache but after a few days or week I can't do without it. Keeps its shape . Love it. Would recommend. I have previously spent lots on pillows and they don't last. This one appears to stay firm for years to come and much less cost.

After more than enough time for the pillows to decompress, they're still awkwardly lumpy. Not so much shredded memory foam as chunky memory foam pillows.

I purchased this on the 12 of December by the middle of January its already losing shape, would not recommend as it is poorly made and will need to be replaced quickly

The pillow is amazing, and I want to order a second one, just because I never want to have to be without this pillow - it's THAT good. I have a rotator cuff bone spur and my jaw has been dislocated multiple times, and of course I can only fall asleep on my left side (where both problems are), so it's extremely difficult to find a pillow that isn't painful for me - only my latex pillow is comfortable, but I wake up sweating half to death. I swear, I've gotten out of bed for over an hour and come back and could feel heat emanating from my old pillows when I stood over the bed - and my body tempo runs low. (Wth, I must be some kind of freak.)My only issue is that I'm not used to having to fluff a pillow, which I had to do after several nights' sleep on this. It feels strange in your hands, kind of like a hospital pillow which has a thick outer layer, but it doesn't feel at all strange when I lay my head on it.I've got multiple dogs and cats sleeping on my 100% latex mattress which can cause a lot of heat, so I love this non-sweat-drenching pillow. That plus it not being pain-inducing like other pillows makes this a miracle for comfortable sleep! Nice customer service too, which is so important.

I originally bought this as a pillow to sleep on with an older memory foam mattress, but didn't end up using it because it was too thick/firm to use with that bed, and I wasn't inclined to to cut open in the interior liner to remove any of the shredded memory foam and have to sew it back up. Definite design flaw they didn't put a zipper on the inner liner. But I kept it for the heck of it.Anyhow, fast forward to a month ago and after buying a new Molecule 1 mattress, which is considerably more firm than my old mattress, I found my other, softer pillows lacked the thickness and support to keep my neck aligned and prevent me from waking with horrible stiff necks and migraines. I realized I needed a thicker and firmer pillow than those I'd been using with my old mattress.Because I had this in a closet, I figured I'd try it. Turns out this pillow works great for my needs on the new bed, thick enough to keep good alignment when side sleeping, but compresses enough to still support as my body sinks ever so slightly into the firmer mattress, or when I roll over onto my back during the night.Overall the pillow remains somewhat cool throughout the night and I don't find myself sweaty or uncomfortable on it. It's definitely not going to be very cool or ice cold by any stretch.
