Reusable Coffee Capsule, Compatible with Bosch Tassimo Machines, Coffee Filter Refillable, Coffee Pods with Readable Barcode

As a scientist I am always looking for new and novel ways to study explosive events, so when presented with the opportunity to do this at the same time as reducing my guilt and using single use coffee pods I jumped at the opportunity.The pod comes in a little box with a scoop and a brush, there may or may not be instructions, if there were then clearly I wouldn't ready them anyway.I use about two scoops of coffee in the pod, checking that no grounds are on the rim and possibly interfering with the seal. I place the pod in the machine and, as I would do with a disposable pod, make sure that it is seated correctly before closing the lid. I press the button, coffee comes out as it should, there are no explosions or bursts. I've been making two coffees a day for a few weeks now, rinsing the pod with cold water after emptying most of the grounds into the bin. It all works fine. My coffee is now cheaper, nicer and I can use the machine (it was a present) with considerably less environmental guilt. I'd knock a star off for the exorbitant price, however it's a case of supply and demand and if no-one else makes these then the price will stay high, it's capitalism at work.Update 16th December. 2 months later, still drinking too much coffee, still no explosions or leakages and no single use plastic in the bin.Update 9th October, almost one year later. I've been using this on average 3 times a day, maybe I drink too much coffee. No explosions, no spillages, no mess and no plastic pods going in the bin. Having been tempted to open the machine before it depressurises I speculate that people have been achieving the explosive affect by opening the machine too early after use, whilst the pod is under steam pressure, there seems to be no other way to physically get this to explode. So my tip would be to always wait till the light stops flashing before opening the machine, like you are supposed to.

I've been using this for about 5 weeks, no problems, saved quite a bit of plastic from the bin. I have found that it also works well with filter ground coffee when I want a regular long black coffee.

Was a little dubious about this product after reading a few poor reviews with regards to it not working correctly.However, after using it for the first time, I've been blessed with a mess free hot coffee.I'm guessing the issues may be down to people tamping the grounds to much and compacting it too much, so new buyers be careful.Edit.Thought I'd filled it as I normally do. Started machine up, and after a few seconds later a strange whistling sound could be heard, and coffee and grounds seeping from where the tassimo discs are placed. So turned off machine, and gave it few moments to cool down. Upon opening the pod exploded launching sloppy coffee grounds across the kitchen.So yes. It does have its moments be careful

Works well mostly.Has a tendency to burst open sometimes which makes a mess, so I have to dismantle machine to clean ... coffee grains get everywhere. I now hold down machine top while it's working to reduce how often it happens. The pod is easy to clean but the machine isn't if you get a burst.

Item works as intended. No problems with filling it up and putting it into my Tassimo machine. Cleaning was a breeze and done in less than 10 secs. It won't produce a crema, it is more of a flat white. I don't mind. Flavour of coffee is rich and will def wake you up. (I grinded some coffee beans, works very well.) Finally something that will A) save money. I will get the Solimo ground coffee (£10, I think, for 4 packs a 1kg or other sub and save ground coffee. You need around 2-3 little spoonfuls to fill the 180ml filter pod. Just imagine how much you save!) B) Less waste. Not only with the pods but the overall packaging of said pods. And 20 quid for something that has such a huge impact on saving money and reducing waste is money well spend. I will get the 60 ml soon too (Espresso, even better punch in the morning).Recommended.

This is a brilliant concept, eco friendly, easy to clean, you can have any make of coffee. Unfortunately on day 3,it leaked everywhere and coffee grains are a pain to clean up. Refund was given with no fuss at all but I'm gutted it didn't work.

Got this for my dad he uses his coffee maker all the time but with prices going up for pods thought it would be a great alternative. He loves it he had never seen these before and was soon putting his home ground coffee in it he did say I got the smaller one I could have got the bigger one which would fill a mug but overall his impressed with item. Still a little pricey otherwise I would have got a few more.

Got this because the pods are getting so expensive and also thinking about the environment. I used to be able to recycle the pods through McColls. Sadly shop has closed and our council do not take them. 2 full scoops of coffee fills it to the expected level. The spoon provided is to big to tamper the coffee, so the coffee comes out quite week. Had to purchase a coffee tamper which added to the cost. Coffee now tastes good. This is quite an expensive purchase, but you can get roughly 20+ cups of coffee out of one bag of ground coffee @227 g. So in the long run, it’s cheaper and helps the environment.

Har testat den flera gånger nu och den funkar perfekt varje gång. Lätt att fylla med vanligt bryggkaffe. Jag har använt mellanrost, vill man ha starkare kaffe väljer man mörkrostat. Blir lite sump i botten men det gör inte mig något. Vill man slippa det finns det pappersfilter att beställa. Annars fungerar det säkert med lite mer grovmalent kaffe, tex för pressokanna. Jag är iaf nöjd än så länge och betydligt billigare än färdiga engångskapslar.

Dann gehts auch schon los.Der Kaffeeduft verteilt sich in der Wohnung, und die Tasse wird langsam voll. Dann noch einen Schluck Milch und mein Kaffee ist fertig.Bevor man die Maschine öffnet um das Pat zu entfernen, sollte man warten bis der Druck weg ist. (die Maschine Raucht dann auch nicht mehr)Ist der Druck weg-dauert etwa 1 Min. - kann man die Maschine ohne Probleme öffnen und das Pad entfernen bzw. leeren und unter Wasser reinigen und dann neu befüllen und wieder einsetzen usw.Ich habe mir glich 2 Pats besorgt, So habe ich immer eine als Reserve.Ich persönlich würde mir jeder Zeit wieder diese Pets kaufen.Die Maschine bleibt sauber und man spart sich schon Geld, wenn man die Pets benutzt.Ich persönlich benutzte momentan einen Filterkaffee werde mir aber eine Mühlmaschine besorgen, und dann mahle ich auch frische Kaffeebohnen für meinen Kaffee.Damit etwas mehr aus der Maschine kommt, habe ich von einem XL-Pad den Strichcode entfernt, und mit doppelklebestreifen auf den anderen Deckel montiert. Nun bekomme ich die größeren Kaffeetassen auch besser voll.

Très bon produit, économique et écologique. Après quelques manipulation cela devient très facile à utiliser. Les instructions sont sur la boite en anglais . Remplir de café moulu jusqu'à la limite indiquée, mettre le couvercle muni du filtre ( attention à le mettre dans le bon sens, pointe vers l'extérieur) appuyer délicatement tout autour du cercle pour fixer le couvercle orange surtout pas au milieu sinon le filtre se détache. Puis mettre cette dosette à son emplacement prévu. Cela fonctionne très bien.
