Extremely poor quality cup. After a couple months of normal use (not abuse) the threads wore out to the point of not stopping at closed. The lid no longer seals and the company's return policy is 30 days. Very poor quality for a $30 cup. Will not be buying anything else from USA Superstore. I can't trust it.

Easy to add photos. I printed 2 photos at CVS, size 4"x6". I cut about an inch off (the 4" side) to fit these in. You can see there is a gap between both, but it worked for us. These were a gift so not sure how long they will keep liquids hot/cold and how easy to clean.

Very nice. The website was hard to use. It kept making my picture sideways so I ended up printing a 4x6 and putting it on paper with a pattern I liked and trimming it down to the right size.

The mug is a basic photo mug with a stainless steel core. The transparent part is just clear plastic which seems brittle and prone to cracks and shattering. The lid is not a screw on type lid; it acts like a cork instead. The lid is made of hard plastic, with a very soft rubber gasket; you just push it on the top of the mug and hope for the best (because it might leak and it easily comes off).
