Very low quality products
My 4th kettle and second coffee maker! Very poor build quality. The coffee carafe is so flimsy that even slight scrape on the side of a sink can break it. The water doesn't heat enough and, as a result, the coffee is only a little better than warm when the dripping is done. When will Indian manufacturers take pride in their products!?

Dead on Arrival. Both of them were not working
Could find one service centre. He was ready to take up only kettle. For coffee maker I had travel another 10 KMs in the other direction. They said it will take 20 days to get Coffee maker repaired. Wonderful.....................
