This is a great value for spikes. My daughter does track and field and has three different pair of track shoes so she goes through a lot of spikes. These are the kind that track officials look for during indoor and outdoor track season. She keeps these in her track bag and changes out her spikes when they get dull. Nice grips and easy to put on and take off - the tool to install and remove these is included. She also screws these into the bottom of her starting blocks so that it grips the track.

Lots of the spikes I received were malformed. They were too round to fit the wrench key that came with them so I couldn't screw them in. At least one of them is stuck and I am unsure if I will be able to remove it.I would suggest going with something else.

Great price and quantity. Fit my daughters track spikes perfectly right before state competiton. Since there are so many she was able to help out a couple teammates and give a few to coaches for other girls who may have needed them as back up. Perfect

Either the threading or shank was wildly inconsistent. Some fit as needed, others would either be too small and just slip in and out of the socket, or they would be too large (or wrong threading) and not go in at all.
