I can't say if it work or not. Because I didn't see the difference that I can possibly tell. It doesn't help with the pain if you wonder. I have 10cm bulging disc. The nerve pain really intense. I tried the pill as well as going to chiropractor Doctor 3times/ week for decompression. I'm much better now and healing. But I can't say this pill help me. Cause I did take oral steroid prescription from Doctor. As well as Percocet for pain relief. I saw a review saying it help for the pain. So I tried a few time taking it alone and wait see if can help. Cause I don't want to take strong pain relief. But it doesn't help.I give it 4 star cause it possibly works, but I can't see it. It didn't do me any harm either. Maybe I was impatient.One thing I have to say is the pill isn't big. But somehow it make my stomach feel really uncomfortable to digest it. It is a bit rough on the stomach.

Haha how do I put this.i had sciatica to the point where I couldn't sit down in my car to drive to work or to pick my son up from preschool and wait in the car until he got out.my fear of having to sit for that long and wait was.was some thing I didn't want to do at all.after spine revitalize and working out and stretching the pain is gone not to the point where it's not noticeable.like if I get a tingle in my left leg I have a fear o s?th.i feel like it did work and I have a back up bottle if I ever need it.buy it I feel like it worked along with exercise and stretching.my sciatica isn't a fear to me any more.i hope this review helps

Writing for my mother she had a botched neck surgery in October 2016 the spinal specialist called it "Spinal Stenosis" bone spurs that develop to aging and poor posture. Long story short her surgery didn't go successful and she ended up partially paralyzed on her right side. Although she recovered partially she is never the same and has chronic pain. I bought this for my dog who has IVDD, which is similar to a herniated disc. She has a long back and after a full day of running, she begins to show weakness in the hind to the point of incontinence. The vet says there's nothing to do but surgery. I tried this to strengthen her disc/ tissue and it seems to work. She runs and plays with her other Park mates and does not show any problems in the evening. In fact I feel that she's healthier, gaining more strength and filling out. Even others have mentioned how much healthier she looks.
