Purple

So good!! I simply hydrate it in filtered water for a few hours, rinse a few times, and eat as is. I like the seaweed taste. I've eaten seaweed right out of the ocean and loved it... so the texture doesn't bother me. I don't bother with adding the lime juice. I think it changes the flavor... and not for the better.

I ordered the purple. I made it as described on the package and added pineapple and filtered water. It smelled a little strong so I was worried, but the taste is pleasant and easy to incorporate into my daily routine.

The sea moss is well kept and ready for rehydration.

I made gel, the quality is good, the smell is what is expected for marine algae and the color was purple as advertised. The texture of the gel was not was I expected in part due to the product not being true Irish Seamoss, but St Lucian seamoss, which has a different growth pattern resulting in a difference in texture.

I bought this and for some reason it went bad fast and smelled.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I make my own sea moss product myself ,husband and son loves the way it helps us.
