We keep our refrigerator at about 36 degrees F, and a few hours in a veggie bin gets them plenty cool for treating my peripheral neuropathy burning sensation. I just slip them on for about a half an hour and presto! Burning subsided.ORIGINAL COMMENTS from a year ago (when I gave the product 4 stars):These are a little tricky to use because when I need relief for my burning feet, I need it now, not an hour and a half from now. However, I have a system that works pretty well for me: I freeze the slippers rock hard and then, in the morning (before I usually need them), I place them in an empty vegetable bin in the refrigerator. We keep our fridge at about 38 degrees F., so the slippers thaw but stay really chilled (good temp for me to use) for quite a few hours. I can always pop them back in the freezer if I think they are getting too warm. The alternative, at least during these summer months (in southern Arizona), I can pull them rock hard out of the freezer and set a timer for 30 or 45 minutes, at which time they are soft enough to put on and are not frozen (which is too cold for me). Sound complicated? Yep, but I do what it takes, because this product works pretty well, and it is certainly better than any other solution to my problem that I have found.

These ice pack slippers for my feet are great! Comfy and definitely helps my bunions and sore feet after work feel much better! These are the best things and highly recommend.

I bought these slippers. I put them in the freezer and when I took them out of the freezer and put them in my feet it was putting a ice cube on your feet. I kind of wish the inside of the slipper would be a little fuzzy so your feet don't get frozen right away. I try to walk to the bathroom in these slippers but they are heavy that my feet slide right out of them when try to walk with them. I wish there a back on these slippers so your feet fo not slip out of them. I tried to put the slippers in the fridge so they are not as cold on my feet but the coolness does not last as long as they do when they are in the freezer. But they do get your feet cold and frozen.

These are fantastic. I bought 2 pair. One for my wife who has neuropathy and the other for me because of swelling. Not a cure but certainly make both of us more comfortable. We use them several times a day. I wear a size 12 shoe and only about 1/2 inch of my heal isn't covered.

The good: slippers get very cold and cover entire foot.The not so good: they are almost too cold - this will be an issue for many people. They don't exactly slip on easily and I've been inserting an empty plastic bottle into them after usage to maintain shape in the freezer.I probably wouldn't buy these again but would look for another design. For now I'm keeping them but .........

These are not made for walking around. You wear them while sitting, or in bed. They started out really cold, but warmed up quickly. I will freeze them longer.They feel amazing! 🥶I wear a women’s size 11. I think I am the maximum foot size for this slipper. A bigger foot would not fit.

Purchased these for my guy who recently had back surgery and experienced a lot of nerve pain in his foot afterwards.Long story short after trying everything under the sun I came across these and they have truly been a Godsend!

Ease of use can be use and fits nicely. Loved the quality, I used it after putting it in the freezer and it works well.
