How do you measure with these? Is there a dropper or ?

Excelurator GOLD is expensive. You do not want to waste a drop by using kitchen measuring spoons which are notoriously inaccurate. Get a relatively cheap Calibrated Syringe in a 1 teaspoon (5 ml) or 2 teaspoon (10 ml size. You may also want to get a 1 ml size for situations when you want tiny doses (for example, one drop).
