Apple Archery Large Spin Tester

dido FELIROCHA; for the first few arrows, mine didn't spin unless I applied ( too much ) pressure. for the first 2 or 3 days of use, my arrows would not spin the wheels/bearings on this product. I've since added some fine gun oil, which has helped some. Don't look for this product to keep spinning your arrow like a bicycle tire; instead this product is more for someone doing a slow-spinning technique, where you're ok with gently rolling your finger back and forth over the wheels/bearings while holding the spinner down with your other hand.solid design. I don't expect it to wear out any time soon. It needs feet, suction-cups, holes for screws to mount it, or to be used with a few small wood clamps. Also it needs some instructions on what to use ( or not to use ) to treat the wheels/bearings so that they roll better.

I thought this was going to be a good product because it seemed well made but I'm disapointed. The bearings are a larger diameter than the bolts holding it on. I wonder how precise it is. The base is allso bent, another flaw that makes me question the precision.Theres better products out there for better prices. Even the plastic ones are better

For checking cedar arrows it was more than adequate. Did not check runout with indicator but clearly this is a reasonably-priced high precision tool that will probably never wear out.

I tried balancing small diameter shafts using this tester and the wheels are so small that it simply does not spin much at all. I gave it two staanyway, considering what I paid for it probably would work on standard 6.5mm arrow shafts.Overall, I am disappointed in the device and considering returning it and spending more money for a better tester.

I was hoping this spinner would spin longer than it does. It does the job in helping me check my arrows and heads alignment. But seems to slow down real fast if you try to spin it and watch the entire arrows length. It still gets the job done though. I'd still recommend it.

i use this for my cross bow bolts. works really well. easy to see if bolts are bent. archery shop uses this same model.
