this is very good product, except it slipped out of the car trunk and broke the top lid, is it possible to get a replacement for the lid only ?

For the size definitely worth the cost. I recommend to all if you need hot items inside before you fill add hot water, close lid and wait 15 minutes, empty then refill with your tea or coffee, stays hot longer. I would buy again

Got to delivered twice before i get what i wanted.
First delivery was a mess, they delivered defective item, with a big CRACK on the lid. It took them 3 to 4 days to process the replacement even they already got the item a day after the first delivery day. As it is on item, quality is a bit cheap compare to other same price brands.

It doesn't keep the water hot for as long as you would like. Have had a Thermos airpot for more than 15yrs and it keeps the hot water piping for hours and hours yet this one doesn't keep the temperature for longer than a couple of hours.
