Have it overnight
Amazon wants me to review this so I’m gonna go ahead and review it. It does what it’s supposed to do, and it works well. Definitely give it a go. Tastes alright too and the pill isn’t big to swallow. Works overnight and gives you a good relief.

Great when needed to softly regulate back to normal in a couple of days. Never had to rush to the loo with these.

Take the dose as recommended and you will get the relief you need.
Work very well, I recommend you just take one at a time and see how you get on, but I found 2 tablets Worked best for me. One in the morning and one 10 hours later. It was the medication that I am taking that made my body stubborn to go, but these tablets soon got things back to normal. Without affecting the medication I have to take. I took them for two weeks and I am back to my normal habit. And touch wood I haven't had to use them again.
