I bought this 100% human hair mannequin head for my 6 year old grandaughter's birthday. I got it to replace her 5th birthday mannequin head that was half human hair and half synthetic. My dear little granddaughter loved that first mannequin nearly to death. She likes this human hair model much better. She already has learned to blow dry both her mannequin head and her own hair! The next thing will be a combo flat iron and curling brush, AND 2 insulated gloves so she can't burn her hands using the curling brush or flat iron.

Hubby wanted a head to practice braiding, this worked great. I named her Annie 😄

It's a little to wobbly and the hair texture is difficult to work with. Overall it's not horrible and is decent for the price.

I used this for my state exam (&passed!) and it was so easy to work with. The hair doesn’t tangle or burn so definetly real, its thickness is of a regular human head and this is perfect if your practicing cosmetology.

This not 100% human hair as described the way it’s sewn into the mannequin is horrendous! I have been a licensed cosmetologist for over 20 years. If you are in beauty school and trying to learn…. Spin the extra do not buy this mannequin!! The front just stays forward no matter what you do. I wish I could give it 0 stars. It’s soft alright, sheds bad… horrible, horrendous, just downright terrible!No go

Length, color, texture for practice at beauty school

I bought this mannequin for my 13-year-old daughter in December 2023. She likes styling the hair but says it does not feel real. It feels synthetic, but the description said it was real hair. It definitely does not feel like real hair. Secondly, when you style the hair, it does not curl or take shape, no matter how hot the styling tool is set. If you are looking for a mannequin to primarily heat style, this is definitely not the product for you. My daughter mostly braids the mannequins hair, so she is content using it.
