NidoFortificada Dry Whole Milk 1.76 Pound

This milk is delicious—creamy, rich, and it tastes like real milk. I know it’s not organic, and I try to avoid big brands for environmental and health reasons, but this one’s my guilty pleasure. I love having it on hand as a pantry staple, especially for morning café con leche when I’m out of fresh milk. The price has crept up, but it’s still worth it.

What can I say, I love this product. I buy it often, because every time I turn around the can is almost empty. Evidently other family members like it too. It's great to have a rich, satisfying, whole milk product that is shelf stable (dry, in the can). It has good flavor and mixes well. It is good drinking it straight up, but it's great in hot chocolate, adding much creaminess and a richer flavor. I don't drink coffee, but I can see this product being good used as a creamer. It would be a good product to have on the shelf if you have kids, and during the winter when snowstorms cause people to buy up all the milk! (To be honest, I like to buy it at Walmart, in smaller cans when possible, because the freshness date has been better than when I order it and have it shipped. Sorry Amazon, that's just been my experience.) Having it shipped to your door is great, and convenient when you use it up quickly, however.

Finally figured out how to keep milk from expiring in the fridge. Make it as you need it. Made my yogurt with this and really satisfied with the resulting taste and texture. Win, win, win

I love this milk. It dissolves easily in hot and cold liquids. Its my new coffee creamer.

Pricey but taste is better than nonfat dry milk. Works well for baking and cooking. I can mix with potato flakes that just need to be added to boiling water for camping.

I like it! Its convenient if you dont use a lot if milk and your milk always goes bad. Good for recipes that require milk, making chocolate milk, and even drinking by its own if thats your thing.

It is like the modern quality of name brand instant mashed potatoes. It is almost as good as its fresh equal. I drink and use mostly almond milk, but for cooking (sauces, breads, mac & cheese, etc.) I use this product.
