How far down in front of the toilet does this cover hang?

Hello. Approximately four inches. Just enough for the child's legs to not touch the front of the toilet if they keep their legs a touch raised. Not as far down as I would like. That said, they are the longest I've found in years. I highly recommend the product and these are the only ones I currently purchase.

They are not flushable although they have accidentally been flushed on occasion and didn't have a back up. I'm sure they may have caused a plumbing problem or two later on though.

Is the center opening circumference of the cover smaller than the inner circumference of a typical public toilet seat? Or is it about the same?

Does anyone use these with the folding silicone portable seat (to keep the folding seat clean)?

No I use directly on toilet seat. They hand downvery far and cover a good portion of toilet so legs Nd pants and hands stay clean.
