Q: Is the Crystal saphire?

The crystal on this watch is listed as a "mineral crystal", which is not as hard as a "sapphire" crystal but scratches can be polished out as opposed to replacing a sapphire crystal when it gets scratched.

Q: Great watch but it stopped working after 5 months. I wanted a relacement but since its been 30 days i cannot return it. How do I reach the seller?
