Are these masks airline approved for long haul flights

I would have highly thought so they are twice or three times more effective than normal face masks

Yes you can get them on amazon, if I remember correctly each filter can be used for 40 hours , definitely recommend as very comfortable to wear and felt very safe with them on the plane and in Barbados where it was 31 degrees lol. Hope this helps

Should the nose wire be sharp and poking through

You can shape the nose but I just leave it
