Fits Airpods Max & smart case perfectly! I appreciate the attention to detail with the rubberized metal zippers, a place to put your cord/charging brick, and the soft velvet inside. The case isn’t much bigger than the headphones themselves, so it fits in my backpack easily. For the price, this case was a no brainer!

The media could not be loaded.  Product is good for the price! I’m not even mad it didn’t come with a magnet in it. Every one mad at the wrong company y’all should go take that up with apple not this company trying to give you a product to protect your headphones 😂 in terms of smell, it has a light smell but I left the case open all night to air it out, it was subtle. Nothing disturbing though. If y’all are really worried clean it with a Clorox wipe, I did, cleaned the inside and outside of it and it didn’t ruin my case!

If you are looking for a case to protect your expensive APM headphones while traveling or in a backpack etc look no further. This is the case you need and frankly the case that should of been supplied from Apple with the MAX’s to begin with. The price is only slightly high but otherwise a decent value for what you get.One negative, however, it’s a minor one is that it doesn’t have the magnets inside it to allow the APM’s to go into “deep sleep” mode without the lame case that comes from Apple. I’ve investigated this issue and it appears that all you need is a pair of neodymium magnets tapped together and then Velcro’d in the case to fall between the two earcups to get them into “deep sleep” mode. So if you wish to just purchase some magnets and fashion them together and Velcro them into this case then you can completely ditch the Apple factory case and get them into “deep sleep” mode. I’m sure with time there will be something like this offered via a third party since it’s just such an easy fix and seemingly an easy thing to manufacture for cheap. Until then if you’re handy with arts and crafts just get some magnets and do what I suggested above.Cheers,Dobz

Hopefully other buyers can read this review when considering to purchase. This review is as of 7/11/21. I have a few important points to mention about this product and why I am pleased with it and recommend it. #1. I don’t usually take the time to do this, I’m doing it because I did a bunch of research and looking around before and after purchasing this. #2. my case did not have any smell to it, the comical reviews about the toxic/obnoxious smell must be for an older version or something. #3. Now for the most important point. I’ve seen other products out there claiming to be a “smart case” meaning they put the headphones into low power mode, but it looks like the more savvy users have actually realized that these cases actually don’t work! So, one of the great features about this case is the ability to store the headphones inside their original Apple Smart Case. Even those you technically have to remove the headphones from two cases; this definitely provides the protection needed to transport and store these headphones and is just the right size. Not bulky or taking any extra space than just the headphones themselves. Anyway, all in all, I think this is a safe buy and you can’t really go wrong if this is the type of product you’re looking for.

These have a strong chemical smell that is very nauseating. I tried airing them out for a few days and they still stink. I do not want my expensive headphones to absorb this smell.

I purchased the black case and the smell is just like a plastic new smell. Not sure what the big fuss is about. Yes, it's a bit stronger than all other materials but it wasn't anywhere near something to make a fuss about. Unless I have a smelling problem. Not a single person at my home has brought up a "smell".The case is sturdy and hard. It definitely larger than my bose 700 case by like 50% more. An online review was right about the zipper getting caught sometimes but the review sounds worse than it is. The placeholder for the cable seems to only fit the cable. Good luck trying to fit anything else. I'm able to place the headphones with their case inside this case. It seems like the case doesn't fit but if you just close it, it'll close just fine.

After doing extensive research, traveling to nearly every country (on the internet), this is the absolute best case you can get for your new AirPods Max. Good looking and sleek, this co2crea Hard Carrying Case is designed to accommodate your headphones with the Apple designed magnetic cover installed - makes total sense, I mean you don't want a third party creating magnets to control the sleep mode on your $550 AirPods, do you? I sure don't - that would be insane. And the added dimple to carry the charger and USBC-Lightning cable is a wonderful added feature. This picture I've provided show my AirPods with clear silicone protective covers AND the Apple designed sleep cover installed along with my charger and cable. It is the case to get for your AirPods Max.

Fits earphones perfectly but goodness the case smells so bad. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and the smell is still bad...hopefully it’ll go away.

I like this case - as the Apple headphone case is a bit of a joke you kinda need to buy a proper one given how expensive and easily scratch-able the premium finish is on the headphonesOnly small annoyance is they fit the headphones when at min size only so every time you put them in case have to close down the adjusters which over time I think will cause unnecessary product wear and loosen the headphones

After investing recently into a pair of Apple AirPods Max I felt the need to find an accessory to protect these. Unfortunately, it seems I may have too early to the market, since there are not many good options available. I finally settled with this product. The first of these cases I received had an unfortunate zip manufacture issue, whereby some stitching had been missed, causing the mechanism to come away from the case to expose the inner lining of the product. Call me fussy but later when the second purchased case arrived there seemed to be a rather obvious marking on the outside, about 5 millimetres in diameter, almost as though this had been dotted with a felt pen or dye of some sort. Finally, after dealing with 2 returns and buying the third case I was willing to accept this product. The design itself I'm happy with, it seems to support the headphones nicely when the arms are fully collapsed, with the Apple included 'sleep' case. The material feels soft. I do notice the stench that is mentioned by a few other reviews, but given the other issues this has not been much of a concern, I'm sure it will pass. The delivery was very fast, practically next day with free shipping. This case will do until further options from well-established houses are made available.
