It’s pretty basic
It’s a pretty basic journal but it does the job for keeping track of your meals you eat, how they effect you, and other things. Love that it has a meal plan to help you have your menu for the week. It only tracks for 6weeks which is enough for you to do elongation diet.

Great for tracking
I have IBD as well as PCOS. I bought this book to help me better understand which foods tend to give me cramps/ upset stomach. I’m using this book to help me learn which types of food I should cancel out. Perfect succinct journal
I hate journaling and tracking all my food but the title of the book makes me laugh and then I’m a little less annoyed and more excited to try to figure out what I’m allergic to. It’s simple and easy and has room to free style a little as well. I like the end of the week recap where you can make a naughty list for all the potential food offenders. The symptoms section really makes me think about what I’ve eaten and how I feel after. I like to circle or highlight things I think might be a trigger so it’s easier to group them at the end of the week. I also like to write a little section at the top for my major symptoms as how they are doing (skin, stomach) and whether I had enough water. The med section is helpful too because I can track which supplements help and which don’t. I also like the size of the journal- easy to throw in my bag/car for when I’m on the run. I learned of you don’t have it with you, you won’t write it down or remember!

Good could be better
I like this book. It has almost everything I want need to track daily food. My biggest issue is the binding. It's a pain to use because it's a standard binding and not spiral. This is personal preference to make it easier to write in.

Fun Food Journal
Even my Doctor had a good chuckle with the cover and the details on the food tracker itself. Great way to have to deal with tracking meals. Bought a second one.

I LOVE this
I’m currently nursing my newborn and he is reacting to something in my diet. This has been great because I can track my meals and what symptoms he’s having in relation to when I ate

As pictured
I love that this journal had a little bit of a sense of humor. It is as pictured and working great for my needs as I try to sort out some food sensitivities. The only things I wish were different:1. It starts on a food diary page. I would rather it start with a meal planning page.2. It might be nice to have a spiral binding so it can be folded over for ease of recording.
