Does it have any kind of grip/feet to keep from sliding around?

It is just one piece of wood. No grips or feet.

“About this item” states that the board is 0.5 inches thick. The “product information” states that it is 0.75” thick which is it?

The boards are 1/2" (.50") thick. I ordered four and two were darker stained and the other two were lighter. Not what I was expecting.
