Natura Health Products Flew Away Supplement - Immune System Support & Seasonal Defense - Featuring Ginger, Elderberry, Propolis and Eucalyptus (60 Capsules)

A doctor recommended I supplement with this one, along with their Throat & Gland Spray as a preventative. I have been taking these two since 2020, and am very happy to report that supplementing with these, compliment living a healthy lifestyle very well. They have an herbal taste, especially the spray (strong) - signalling to me the great quality of the herbs/ingredients used in producing such excellent products. I take 2 capsules 3xs/day at certain high peak seasonal times of the year &/or when I have appointments, traveling, shopping, etc. The capsules are pretty easy to get down with water. I've personally found them easier to swallow with slightly warm water. They have proven themselves over and over to me to have strengthened my immune system, and as a great preventative - money well spent! If anyone from Natura reads this review, I just want to say thank you for producing excellent products!! Well done! If you are a potential customer taking prescription drugs or are pregnant, etc., please always ask your medical doctor/professional, and/or pharmacist before adding in any supplements (and even some foods and beverages - and some medications should not be taken together). I am not a medical professional, just a regular woman in her 60's that has learned this over the years from people who are experts in this field. Overall, excellent product!!! Awesome stuff, I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening foe 2 to 3 day and the cold I felt coming on is gone, now in the fall (October and November) I've been talking the same dosages daily to assist my body in fighting my algeries and decrease flu systems, everyone around me is getting sick. My grandson is taking the liquid form of this stuff daily, he went from being sick with stuffy nose and coughing every other month to first time in six months having to stay home from daycare. It has helped better than every herb or homeopathic products I have used.

I have tried this for every member of my family...my son was so sick I was going to take him to the doctor and instead he took 2 of these capsules, 4,000 vitamin D and 30 mg of Zinc and was fine within a few days. This supplement is a keeper!

I took this based on the recommendation of a naturopath and tried it on we separate occasions when I felt a cold coming on. Both times it did nothing to alleviate the symptoms or duration of my cold.

I bought this because everyone had the great reviews and I thought well okay I will add this to my supplements and things that I take well guess what it didn't do anything what a waste of money don't bother.

If you feel like you're coming down with a cold or the flu this will ward it off. It works. Also a good immunity booster if you are forced to be around sick people in a public place. I use it as part of a complete immunity boosting regimen.

I’ not sure what it is that made it work but when everybody else had the crud for weeks, I started taking these and only had it for 2 days. I recommend to my friends who feel sick.

This is a great product which has saved me from getting sick many times.... as a schoolteacher I was always getting sick. Now, as soon as I feel anything coming on I take Flew Away and generally feel good again.
