Outstanding Customer Service
This computer is lightweight, fast, and the backlit keyboard is perfection. What's better than the computer is the high-level of customer service. Their responsiveness and commitment to satisfactorily resolving problems is unmatched. While my computer was mostly great, the screen was very dark; it did not appear to have the backlit screen, as advertised. I contacted the seller and we worked together as a team to arrive at a workable solution that did not require me to go through the hassle of returning the computer. It is so refreshing to deal with sellers who truly stand by their products and actually care about their customers. I will return to purchase from this seller again before getting a computer from anywhere else because I am absolutely confident that if I have any problems they will not abandon me but will be there to help make it right. For me, this rates as the highest possible value a seller can provide. So my ratings reflect the quality of the product, which is 3 stars and the quality of the seller's after-purchase care, which is 5 stars, plus.

Not a touch screen - Battery arrived dead and does not charge
The computer is fast and works great if plugged in, but otherwise, it is a sham. The camera will not even work with Windows Hello. If I realized these things before I installed a one-installation program that costs more than the computer, I would have returned it.

I gave this laptop as a gift to my friend, I saw it has 256GB HDD, I got shocked :( I ordered 512GB SSD, why it only has 256GB ???! He also says sometimes screen is freezing!

Don't buy - Stopped working after 10 months
After 10 months of purchased it simply didn't started no more, and the device didn't have warranty from HP... Disappointing...
