As a personal trainer I was looking for a caliper to measure body fat on my clients. This works great. The tape measure is also great. I do feel the BMI is a little off but as shown to be accurate when I hand calculate clients information. All these tool are great and do work for what the are intended for. Price fit my budget perfectly.

Not even close to what i expected. If you have the knowledge you will know it doesn't work. Cheap flimsy plastic. Company customer service was ok.

I was happy with the tools kit. It is very useful and very easy to learn how to use it. The seller is very attentive and responds quickly to inquiries. I highly recommend this product as it is a great bargain for its price. Thank you.

The kit is good enough in what it contains. The calipers are a bit of an issue as it's difficult to determine when they "click" as described in the directions. At any rate, with or without the "click" you'll have a good idea of how much body fat you are carrying. If you are interested in that, then you're headed in the right direction as you already suspect that it might be too much. Determining status is the easy part. Good luck to all in their quest for better health.
