These pinking shears are an asset to my craft supply and will get a lot of use out of them. I have the 20 paper edgers but those do not compare to these, obviously. The Edgers have a flat straight edge at the tip so you can not fully close the scissors for a continuous cut, which just makes it more labor intensive. Where is the fun in that!! These shears are comfortable even when cutting with my left hand and they are sharp. I double folded a 24lb printer paper and used it on my heavy card stock and it CUT through it like BUTTER. Why am I just now finding out about these?? Just get them, So worth it. : )

Great quality zig zag scissors.
This is a really durable pair of scissors. I have a bit of hand mobility issues so they are a little difficult for me to open and close but the cut is clean, crisp and sharp. I'm hoping that with normal wear they will become easier to open and close for me. Maybe I will put something on them to help me along. This is my issue though definitely not a manufacturing issue... I'm guessing (I have not had a new pair of scissors in many, many years). I do like them a lot. They are also big scissors, not meant for children. I hope this review helps someone.

Just okay, not amazing.
Overall, these work pretty well, until you want to go through more than one layer of fabric. They cut well through a single layer, but as soon as you hit two layers, the scissors just start to chew on the fabric and make a frayed mess, which is the opposite of the point of getting them.
