Waste of money

First of all I received item which was broken,half of the liquid outsideSecond this spray doesn’t work at all,I spray it on a place where is my car always pee,after 30 min he pee on the same place as I didn’t sprayed anything!!!And the most sad things that you cannot back this item. I just throw money for water spray which have even no smell. Don’t buy!!!
