Good machine, works as described.

Machine worked as expected and the qualify is good. After about a month it stopped working suddenly (wont switch on). I contacted customer service and they promptly offered help. They collected the machine and sent us a replacement in a week. Appreciate the customer service.

Good machine but…

The product is good. Its easy to use. But1. The flixible straps were missing. This is helpful to hold the electrodes on legs/hands or even waist without using tape.2. The literature provided was a very technical one and a xerox copy. I though there would be a chart on how to place the electrodes on the body for different types of pain and in different modes ie 2P, 4P and 4PV. But it was not there. So you will have to take professional help on this. Charts available online are for TENS and not for IFT
