Kenmore Archer Wood Cutting Board, 18x12-inch, Acacia

Bought this with advertised as "used" but "new in original packaging" description. It was definitely used as indicated by the knife marks on the backside of the board and a couple of indentations on the top. We paid half of the original price not knowing what condition it would show up in. But it was still in overall good condition for what we were looking to use it for. We needed extra countertop space in our RV and this cutting board fit perfectly. It has great thickness and a durable appearance. We likely won't be using it as an actual cutting board, but as a countertop extension so I'm not sure how well it would hold up as an actual cutting board. The knife marks are on the underside so it's not even noticeable and we are happy with how our project turned out. This is a nice board. I purchased it to do an engraving on it for an anniversary present. Be warned that despite what they have pictured that it may not all be 1 solid color. A piece my board had a lighter strip across it, which was disappointing because I really needed it to be one solid color. So it loses a star because it was not clear that it may not possibly look a different color or have discolorations.So if you’re particular about it being exactly the color pictured, hold that expectation loosely.

Board looks good overall, but poor finishing. The groove had some unfinished parts, slightly fuzzy and can tell it wasn't properly sanded down. Main complaint is this mark, its uneven and sinks down and I can feel it even through the plastic wrap that it's going to be a sinkhole for liquids that will be impossible to clean properly.

This thing has scratched from the FIRST DAY I’ve used it. After one use this board was already destroyed. Prior to this I had a $15 wood cutting board from Walmart, same size an all, never had a scratch or hardly any wear after 5 years of daily use. If they still had it, I would of course bought another one but sadly they didn’t. This crappy thing looks like it has 20 years of wear an tear after the first use of simply cutting apples on it. Don’t waste your money, it couldn’t be more disappointing. A huge rip off for the price. For any price

Looks good, is sturdy, however develops scratch marks right after the first use.
