Dekoni Audio Replacement Ear Pads for The Philips Fidelio X2HR Headphones (Choice Leather)

After several years of use my X2HRs stitching finally went on the cups. These ones were a fantastic and comfortable replacement, and the company even has a quick video on how to do the replacement.Great quality for the price and I appreciate the level of help they provided.

These change the sound!Not as much as other pads on the market but they add Base, mid Base, and remove some treble. This makes the headphones sound slightly muffled. Once you EQ this back (I added a peak at ~3kHz, a negative low shelf from 1kHz down, and a positive low shelf from 100Hz down) they sound wonderful and are very comfortable.Well made pads that look as though they'll last. If you're OK with EQ they are totally worth it, if you don't want to EQ and like the way the headphones sound with the stock pads I would pass on this.

They are so comfortable. Super much more comfortable than the stock pads. Why didn't Philips choose these ear pads instead? It looks way nicer than the stock pads. Did I mention they were comfortable?As someone who has hyperhidrosis, I really like that these keep my ears/head cool, definitely way better than the stock pads. Plus, these pads don't attract any lint or debree unlike a certain pad...Yes, the price tag may make you hesitant. But trust me, it's worth it and you're worth it.Install was a little odd, I couldn't really see the pin but if you just rotate the ear pads you will find the spot. It will refuse to lock in properly if you don't align it with the pin, so you can't mess that up. The ear pads will be more to the right, or to the left, etc. So it only goes in one way. Not a huge deal, I'm just glad I can enjoy these headphones

Installation was quick and easy. The previous pads pulled off fairly easy. Just need to be gentle. These pads Just push into place. I didn't see the extra hole shown on the back but that doesn't seem to matter. These new pads are soft and spongy. They add a great deal of comfort over the stock pads. I appreciate the deeper pas as well since it keeps my ears from touching the speakers. They seem to add a little bass but otherwise don't change the sound. I took off a star due to a indentation on one of the pads. Hopefully it goes away after time

Cheap garbage. Not a single piece of these have held up over a year, let alone two years. They are very comfortable and I prefer them to the stock ones, but man the build quality is awful. Sound quality is improved, but for the $40 price tag I would have expected significantly better build quality. it is all cheaply glued together, with the only stitching being the plether condom that goes around the crappy cheap foam. Avoid.

heard of these pads from Zeos Pantera on youtube and had to order them. was skeptical at first from the price tag but they are worth it.they brought new life into my x2hr’s after using them for 4 years. they are super soft like a blanket and are not itchy like the stock pads are. super thick and squishy and stay cool which will be nice to have in hot texas summers. hoping they last as long as my stock pads did!

If you want more comfort with basically the same sound signature with more bass you will love these. I personally believe these headphones do not need more bass, these are over kill. They are very comfortable and high quality.

Well, maybe to shower. But otherwise, these headphone pads are freaking awesome! Soft like a sow's ear, clingy like a sad significant other, it actually made listening to my pair of Fidelio's for long periods completely comfortable. I actually had no issues with the original ear pads, I just didn't think they could be this much BETTER! Highly recommended, more comfortable/better sound/less heat.UPDATE: Just got a set of Fidelio X3's - These pads work perfectly on these too & are as comfortable as can be ... And make them sound even better!
