Great Jump Rope!
It’s a weighted jump rope, which I personally love, while it can also be adjusted, for your height. Other jump ropes for me I always found myself tripping over them. This one, however, since it’s easily adjusted for my height ( 6’0 ), I can solely concentrate on speed and technique, without worrying about tripping over the rope.

Tried others. This one works for me.
I been through 3 different jumps ropes in the past year and this is my go-to option. Can skip the longest and I prefer the feel and weight.A jump rope is by far the best option to get in a plyo workout at home or a warm up before strength training.

Durable, challenging workout
A weighed jump rope is not for the faint of heart. You will gas out quicker. This jump rope is very durable on concrete and has excellent handles. It goes and works really smooth.

Great entry-level speed rope
Getting up there in years, the six pack is becoming a spare tire, etc., etc. I haven’t jumped rope since I was a kid but decided at (for my weight) at 25 calories a minute burn rate, rope is a solid add to my routine.I bought a different rope, didn’t realize that it didn’t adjust out enough for me (6’5” is a lot to clear), so went back to shopping, this time looking for the right rope. I looked at a lot of options and settled on this one due to combination of adjustability, price, reviews, and materials. On a personal note, if you’re like me and WAY out of practice, and you can’t hit more than 2 jumps in a row, don’t despair! It comes back fairly quickly. I was stuck in the 3 – 5 jumps before I stepped on the rope area for the first 3 or 4 times I tried it, but 2 weeks in I was hitting 50 reps with no issue. What I love about this rope is it’s easy to adjust, and it has just enough weight to easily spin without being too heavy. WARNING however, if has a STING to it if you catch an arm or the back of your leg.I’ve been using this rope for ~45 days, I use it every day, I have cement floors in my house, and no marks on the floor or damage to the rope. For a $20 investment, would highly recommend.

More of a speed rope than a beginner's rope. Wants to coil. PUNISHES bare toes.
So the feel of the handles is great to me, and the aluminum enclosure and adjustability are both great. The only real problem I have is that1.) The rope has a tendency to coil, this does not improve by trying to "break it in." I began tying a couple of 9kg kettle bells to both ends on storage hoping to stretch the steel out to make it straight all the time, and nothing I do helps. This is problematic as when it coils it's more likely to smack into your toes which brings me to2.) Because of the steel construction you really want to wear shoes with this--which is counter to my training because I do kickboxing and kettlebell work, both of which are barefoot activities. While you would think the pain would be a prompt for better techniqe, the rope wants to re-coil which primes it to lift itself just a tad higher than you would want.On that note, if you're just starting out for jumping rope and don't have a mastered technique here, you probably want to try a different style first. When attempting to speed rope, the coiling isn't a terribly big issue, my only problem is that my conditioning isn't ready for this yet.
