I just wanted to half and half my hair with blonde and brown just to see if it would work. It did, perfectly. Processed just fine. The shampoo and conditioner smelled good and toned my hair perfectly. Easy directions to follow. Next time I’m going with a darker color now that I’m braver with it, but I’m satisfied this time!

This brand was the best I have ever used before. The color is Amazing, It covered all my whites, very gentle & there wasNO burning while the color was on my head, It had it's own shampoo in right blue color which means it's gentle to washafter coloring hair. Conditioner was dark Purple which means great for colored hair. I recommend 110% this brand. Buyit in other color from this Brand I just loved it & will never buy any other brand. I would give more stars if I could.

Have this on auto delivery as I color my roots every 2-3 weeks. Decent color match and doesn’t stain skin. Covers most of my stubborn grays but wish it got all of them and lasted longer. Hate the purple shampoo that comes with it wish it came with conditioner instead.

Absolutely fabulous!! It came out perfect!! Everyone compliments my hair color! I've always struggled with hair dyes because my hair has a bad habit of turning coppery when I dye it and I also have greys. And this dye was amazing it prevented the brassiness perfectly and covered all my greys perfectly!! Thank you L'Oreal! Please put these back on the shelves in the store! Salons charge way to much for my hair because of the greys and brassiness issues my hair has. This has not only dyed my hair perfectly but helped save me a lot of money on my hair! Please don't discontinue this dye ever it's one of the few that actually work one my hair! I highly recommend this dye to everyone

I’ve been getting my hair highlighted for years and I’m tired of paying the price. I wanted something close to my base that wouldn’t be awfully orange or too dark. I was pretty happy with this dye considering the cost and the fact I did it at home. I will say it is a bit brassy in the sunlight but overall I’m happy with it and will probably keep using it.

Natural brunettes beware!! I saw a few other negative reviews when I bought this about roots turning orange, but I assumed it was user error somehow. How could a cool-toned color cause brassiness, and why would it lift roots if it’s just depositing color??? The developer must be strong enough to lift color and that’s what made me get hot roots, I’ve glossed and dyed my hair a million times at home so I didn’t think this was going to lift, just deposit. WRONG. I followed the instructions exactly and got out of the shower my natural dark brown roots were brassy/orangey.

I usually use light ash brown, but this is better. I use highlights after and it looks like a salon. I love it, but can’t find it in the stores.
