Q: Is this product lead free?

Must be lead free. It is illegal to sell faucets that contain led.

Q: my spout hole is the same size as the handles at 1 1/2 inch - is there an adapter for the spout?

Big box might have a plate??? I don't think they sell a plate alone

Q: has anyone found a replacement water supply line by brand that works for this? mine also leaked, i was sent another one and it was too short.

They are standard sizes. Use theirs to connect to the hardware then standard size hoses to extend it.
