If you wish to wear them over other clothing, I recommend ordering one size larger than your jacket size, that is, if you wear a 48 regular jacket, order a 50 regular coverall. I am about 5' 10' and considered long waisted and short legged. The mistake I made was ordering a 50 long instead of a 50 regular, but the long gives me plenty of room in the pelvic area and the length of the legs can be readily adjusted so that I do not trip over them.

Bought these for my super tall son. He liked them so well we purchased a total of three. Enough to last for a long time. They wash well and he can bend and stand with no pulling. Even though he is not heavy they did not seem excessively large. Has lots of pockets. Very hard to find these in white and Red Kap makes the best quality product.

I am much happier with them being to long rather than to short. I can still make good uses of them I just have to cuff the arms and legs
