It is 100% calcium citrate... so the other 2370 mg is citric acid... if you don't have absorption problems... you should use calcium carbonate... it is cheaper and has a higher percentage of calcium, but since it depends on stomach acid to digest you should take it with food... calcium citrate on the other hand has a lower percentage of calcium, but can easily digest without stomach acid, which it's why it it's recommend after gastric bypass...
