Lovely Color
This definitely is one of the best colors in the Sally Hanson spectrum. It arrived in absolutely perfect condition too. The wider brush is a real plus with this polish. Love the coverage and love the way it resists chipping!

THE BEST
I love to have painted nails. Like LOVE. But I have always loathed the fact that painting your own nails at home often means a 2-3 day manicure at best before you have chips, and that’s if you survived the application process without any smudges, too. I hate gel polish simply for the removal process which I feel damages my nail, and I’ve had unfortunate luck with too many dried out nail wraps to go that route either. Then, along comes this polish. Who could guess that a product line focused on color options would end up being the absolute best nail polish formula I’ve used to date?! Better than OPI, better than Essie, better than their own brand’s diamond or hard as nails lines, Sally Hansen Color Therapy is a quick and consistent 2 coat product that, with their quick dry topcoat, keeps a flawless, perfect manicure for 5-6 days before a single chip comes along. I love it, and I hope they add more colors.

Pretty color, but…
…trying to apply thin layer leaves an uneven, transparent look that has to be re-applied, then the “second” coat (supposedly the top coat) applied right after the first is dry, leaves bare spots, as though it picks up the color and pushes it around. Then, even with finishing the tips as recommended, the tips quickly start losing the battle within a day. It’s constantly requiring touching up. Plus, I have yet to find text explaining how it is to be “therapy”? Sally Hanson is usually more reliable than this. I do like the color. Usually a fan of coral to red, I was trying to find a substitute for the discontinued CND color “Irreverent Rose”. (I hate it when that happens, don’t you?) Anyway, this Sally color is close, but not as bold and amazing as the CND color that went with everything and was even noticed and complemented upon by my hubby, who usually doesn’t notice such things. Back to the Color Therapy nail color by Sally - I will use what I bought, then will find something better. My nails seemed to be happier with CND. Sorry, Sally. I’ve usually liked the older Sally product routines, but this one just didn’t work for me. Maybe I missed something, but this simple “Color, then Top Coat”, was a disappointment.
