Ever since I started taking this daily, I don't break out anymore. The reason I started taking this was because every time I would eat sugar of any form, cookies, chocolate, ice cream, I would break out really badly. I wanted to be able to enjoy my favorite desserts and not break out so my Ayurveda Practitioner recommended this vitamin and since I've started taking it I haven't had any pimples...even when I over indulge. :)

I purchased this product for my teenage daughter who struggles with acne, and it has helped immensely. She continues to ask that I buy this for her because it works! And, I specifically chose this brand because it is made in the USA.

It seems to reduce my hair loss and I'm noticing clearer skin.

I am a 70 year old woman and have been shedding a lot of hair over the last few years. After taking about a half bottle of this vitamin, my hair loss has greatly decreased and I would rate it as normal now.
