I bought this for a mysterious pain that had started in my foot, not plantar fasciitis or heel spur but most likely arthritis since I have it in my hands and the pain feels very similar to that. My foot is very stiff in the mornings, or really any time I get up after sitting or lying still for a while. I thought that a compression sock or wrap might help and decided to give it a try. Found this one among the HUNDREDS on Amazon and chose it really because I liked the way it looked (Amazon has so many that are so similar, you have to narrow it down some way . . .) I was looking for something thin and lightweight but with enough compression to actually do some good. I tried it on as soon as I received it, and my foot immediately felt more stable and comfortable. So much so that I went ahead and put the other one on my other foot and wore them with my walking shoes for the rest of the day. I was really surprised at how much they helped, had originally planned to wear them at night while sleeping to see if it made getting up in the morning any easier, and I did do that, but I'll be wearing them in the daytime too. They are thin and lightweight, not bulky at all, and have so far really seemed to help a lot. I'll probably be ordering more in different colors.

Just received them. Had purchased some foot bands that compressed my foot so much that pain far exceeded the pain from my plantar fasciitis. Sized up after reading reviews about how tight they were. These are tight, but feel good. My toes are barely sticking out the end though, but its winter in Michigan so I dont mind. Hoping between this and the Dr Scholls plantar ball to get some relief...

Liked the overall idea of these, but OUCH ! They are WAY OFF for sizing ! I went with L/XL. And no man or nor normal sized person could realistically wear / use these. Really way too small. They crease at ankle bend , they are too tight to be comfortable, Might fit my arm - for elbow brace if I needed that... verrrry disappointing.Otherwise decent quality .

This product fully met my requirements....comfortable yet having just the right amount of support. Best of all, it has done a fantastic job of relieving the severe ankle pain that I was having. I'm thrilled to have found this product and would definitely recommend it!

These are really really nice! I have osteoarthritis in my left ankle/foot and this really helps in combination with my Alabama brace! For the first 24 hours I literally forgot I had any pain or discomfort in that foot and that was amazing! I'll be using this brand from now on and very happy to great prices as well can't beat it!
