Nice basic scan tool
I bought this for someone else with limited skills to be able to pull their own check engine codes. This tool seems to cover the basics pretty well and the UI and color screen are nice. I tested this out and it works great for pulling codes, erasing, live stream data, and IM readiness. I went to the Autel website and registered so the tool can be updated. The only complaint I had is the site could be easier to use and navigate.This is a well built tool that feels solid in your hand, I expect his will hold up well in hot environments since there is no built in battery. The storage case and documentation is very nice. If you need a basic scanner this is a good choice.

Best basic scan tool for the money
Easy to use. Gives you almost all the codes you need to retract with out spending alot of money. I like the I/M readiness button

AUTEL 529
Used it for my 09 nissan pathfinder and it worked good. Also used on 03 civic and 09 Altima.

Not worthy
I used this and the fault it showed was wrong when checked by Tech. It shows O2 Sensors and the real problem was one ignition coil and one spark plug. Luckily I didn't buy the parts.
