I can't use most hair products due to allergies so I thought I would try this. I have long straight hair and tend to have some fly aways. This works perfect to tame them down. The scent is a pleasant herbal- but a little strong. The consistency of the gel is really good and the added plus is that it leaves my hair super soft. My husband always comments on that. I definitely will buy it again. Did not bother my sensitivities at all.

I love this organic gel far above any other styling product I've ever used. It leaves my hair soft and shiny and provides a gentle hold. It smells wonderful too!

I love that this hair gel USDA Certified Organic. The feel of it is of a light/thin consistency and does not have a thick, sticky feeling like regular hair gel does. Because it is on the thin side and goes a long way as far as coverage on your hair is concerned, I can see this 8 oz. bottle lasting a long time. I was not expecting it give my hair a super hold as it is all natural and organic after all but it does however give my hair a nice enough hold to style my hair by just simply running my fingers through it. It does not weigh my hair down either which is exactly what I wanted with my fine silky hair. It also does not leave a white residue that regular hair gel sometimes leave. It gives my hair enough hold without looking like I purposely put gel in it and does not give you that helmet overdone look. It looks natural. As far as scent, it smells as I expected, like essential oils which is unnoticeable after applying. It’s not overpowering. I took a star off because I think it would be more convenient and efficient in a pump bottle for control. With the squeeze bottle I find a little too much may come out with just one squeeze depending on the amount of pressure I’m using. It’s a little pricey for hair gel at $13.95 a pop but it’s worth it in my opinion if organic is what you’re looking for. So all in all it’s a pretty decent hair gel for being organic and I will most likely re-purchase when this bottle is finished.

I try to live a healthy lifestyle without unnecessary chemicals and toxins in my food, skin, and hair products. The ingredients in this product do not seem too bad but it honestly had zero hold. I have thick wavy hair and water works just as well as this product. I was optimistic over this product but unfortunately it does not deliver. I wish I could refund but I can’t. You would be better off using coconut oil and olive oil in your hair than this product.
