I have used Rainbow Light vitamins for years, and I feel that they are THE BEST! I can tell a difference when I take them, indicating that they are effective and working as advertised! They are larger capsules, but they aren't a problem for me to take. They do not upset my stomach or have a bad after taste like many vitamins do. I have a problem with upset stomach for a majority of vitamins, so I appreciate these! I like that these vitamins are organic and natural! There is no added sugar or colorings! They have been developed to serve 70% of daily needs!

Rainbow Light vitamins are high-quality. I’ve taken them for years. I switched from the Women’s Multi of 150 capsules to this one, based on the ingredients. I forgot to check how many you have to take each day, so do note that the other one requires one a day, and this one requires four. So, you’re getting a month’s worth for a significant price, instead of five months.

Just disappointed this is only a 30-day supply. I will be switching back to their one a day so I can afford a daily multi. =(

This is my first time trying these Rainbow Light Women's Multivitamins. - What I noticed first off was the quality of the capsule which was clear and clean, you could see directly into the capsule containing the blend of fruit, vegetables, and herbs in powdered form. I've experienced other brands with dirty/dusty, cloudy looking capsules before. Not sure if this affects the quality but it sure doesn't look appealing, whereas these by Rainbow Light looked nicer. - The capsules started melting in my mouth/sticking to my tongue the instant I took them in and later swallowed down with water. I've had other vitamin capsules that were hard and don't start to melt when you hold them in your mouth. By having them melt in your mouth as soon as it touched my tongue I could tell that they would be digested easily in my stomach. - Another thing I appreciated was that the cap is white. This easily helps me distinguish my women's multivitamin from my husband's multivitamin for men which is also by Rainbow Light, his cap is green. - Serving size is 4 capsules however they go down pretty easily with room temperature water. - Cap is a safety cover which you gently push down and twist. This cover is easy to open and no extra force needed to push down. I'd say it's one of the easiest safety caps I've had. My grandparents could probably open it no problem. - Container is sleek and not bulky at all. - Non-GMO and organic certified, which is why I purchased these in the first place.

I'm in my late 40s and slowing down, I like these vitamins after breakfast or lunch to boost my energy and mood. No irritations, etc.
