This is the most amazing dock!
I cut my SD-Card copy times from 45 minutes to 4 minutes. I am not kidding. I do video editing and had 3 SD cards to copy data from my cameras to my video editing station. Using USB 3.2 it was taking 15 minutes for each card to copy. I upgraded to the Blackjet dual dock over thunderbolt and have 2 of the SD Card readers which allows me to plug in 4 SD Cards. Now I am getting 3 SD cards to copy simultaneously in 4 minutes. This is a freaking fast dock that is reliable. My other USB docs would sometimes disconnect or have issues whereas I have not had an issue with the blackjet for the last 4 months. I ended up buying a second one and plugged in other modules. This thing is a work horse and is worth every penny. When you have deadlines for editing saving 40 minutes is huge. If speed and reliability are things you need spend the extra money and get this bad boy. It will make your life much better.

Requires some work to get it to work with XQD and Windoze 10 - but worth the effort.
1) Do NOT download the driver from the link on the vendor page (Mac OS only even though there's a Windoze driver). 2) Power unit off, insert 128GB (NOT 256GB) Sony XQD G-Series card, power unit on. 3) Ensure Thunderbolt software allows device to connect (you will see/allow 2 entries - there are 2 controllers). 4) Windoze Device Manager, look for device with yellow triangle and exclamation mark (probably other devices, may be Memory technology devices), right mouse click, update driver, search for new driver on line. 5) You should be good to go. 6) At this point, a 256GB Sony XQD card will also work. NOTE: need to power off unit before inserting new XQD card with Windoze. I've been told this is not the case for CFExpress cards. Got this procedure from Blackjet customer support - who are excellent and helpful. Very fast!
