This VISMIX tactical chest rig has been an awesome addition to my airsoft loadout! I've used it for several games now and it's performed flawlessly every time. The comfort level is impressive - even after wearing it for hours during all-day airsoft events, I don't feel weighed down or restricted. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a perfect fit, and it sits securely without bouncing around when I'm moving quickly across the field. The MOLLE system is incredibly versatile. I love that it's detachable so I can customize my setup depending on the game scenario. The mag pouches hold everything securely and I can access my magazines quickly when I need to reload. Everything stays put even during intense gameplay. Build quality is solid - the stitching and materials feel durable enough to handle regular use. It distributes weight evenly across my chest, which makes carrying extra mags and gear way more manageable than stuffing everything in pockets. This is a decent rig, with several key deficiencies that I wish I had noticed before buying. Pros: Light weight and fits this 6’2 235 guy just fine Well built. Easy access to TQ is a plus Extra pouch in front is a nice bonus Cons: Only TWO AR mag slots yet there are four dedicated pistol mag slots. Two with an extra AR slot would have been MUCH better. The other two slots could hold AR mags, but that means sacrificing other kit. Almost no Molle anywhere. Can’t expand at all. The pistol mags should be molle so you can swap them out. Being sewn in is a terrible idea. Conclusion: The rig is solid, and for what it is, it is a solid theee stars. For what is could be, yet was poorly designed it deserves 3 stars. Since ther isn’t a 3.5 star rating possible, I nudge it up to a 4 because it is my own fault for not thinking through the design flaws before I bought it.

So a dear friend of mine on a personal protection detail purchased this and showed it to me loaded out as a bail out vest. This thing is well made, quick to put on. Lots of mag pouches, very light, and durable.

Pros: Good quality canvas Lightweight Very easy to adjust, don, and doff. Cons: Does not breathe Bungee straps a tad short Thoughts: I was overall impressed with this rig. For the price, it offers a lot of room and comfort. I am happy to report the H-frame of this rig large enough to accommodate my size, is very comfortable and does not impede movement. The straps rest securely on my collar bone and around my lats, and thanks to the ease of adjustment, I was able to find have had no issues with the rig bouncing around. Both admin and utility pouches are large. My only real quibble at this time is the bungee cord on the outer mag pouches were really short. I used the cinch cords from the admin pouch tied together as a temporary solution. Other than that, I am pleased with the offering.

It’s alright. For the price it’s not bad but there’s a few things that could be improved on. The biggest thing is that AK mags will fit but the pouches are just barely big enough. It’s to the point where you have to rock them into the pouches or the tab will get hung up on the edge, and the openings of the rifle mag pouches are kind of small, especially the front middle ones. AR mags fit fine. The pistol mags aren’t removable they’re sewn in so that’s kind of annoying but it’s to be expected at this price point. Not that big of a deal. Everything seems decent enough for the price but it’s definitely not an onward research or Haley strategic rig. It’ll do for toting around the bare minimum. Mags, a light, snacks, etc. I wouldn’t try and build it out to hold more than it was meant to tho, like ppl do with the micro chest rigs and minimalist plate carriers. Would be 4 stars if the mag pouches accommodated AK mags better. I guess you could switch out the middle pouches for actual mag retention tho since they can be removed and are kept in place with Velcro. It’s meh.
