I have been using this supplement for a few years and have had no complaints up to now. But this last batch came in a different bottle with a label that looked like it came from a home printer. The capsules were coated with a white powder with a slightly soapy taste. They are going in the trash and I will switch to a different brand.

Natures Way had always been a favorite brand of mine for their quality. It's a shame they've decided to go to this new rectangular bottle (foul smell). I had written Nature's Way about the new bottle smell. They responded by saying that they had transitioned to this new bottle with post-consumer recycled (PCR) resin and left it at that, nothing else. Very bad decision! Natures Way will need to use another kind of bottle WITHOUT the smell in order to gain back my loyalty to their brand.

The bottle was sealed but the capsules feel brittle, kinda dried out, like air got into the bottle.Many pills were broken open and powder was all over the others. Some broken capsules were even stuck onto unbroken ones. This is the first time I've had a problem with a Nature's Way product. The seller I bought from was Fox Global Trading. After scrolling through reviews I see someone else posted pics with the same problem.Not sure what's wrong but I won't be buying this again from Nature's Way. I'm attaching a few pictures showing a couple of broken capsules and some of the resulting mess.

I had been using a magnesium complex with citrate and oxide. I originally started on this kind of magnesium for aches in my body, anxiety and slight depression. The price of that brand was $20 for 60 caplets. I thought I could do better, so when on a hunt. I came across this and the label CLEARLY says Magnesium citrate and Oxide. It calls itself a complex which infers it is a mixture of magnesium. Little did I read the small print. The word 'AS' is next to the words magnesium citrate and oxide. It happens to have only stearate in it.How did I figure this out and why did it matter? All of the aches and pains came back. I started feeling more and more anxious and eventually depressed. These are all symptoms of magnesium deficiency. It was then I investigated the bottle, but only after having taken it for over a month. I went back to my original Nobi Nutrition High Absorption Magnesium Complex and within two days the symptoms were diminished. The FDA does not regulate supplements. This is obvious when you find something that lies about what it really is.
