Good pasta for low carb diets
I am on low carb diet and just love this pasta because it allows me to eat pasta but not eat a lot of carbs like regular pasta. It’s got a good consistency but takes a little longer to cook than normal pasta. Highly recommend it!!

Nice try
i follow a keto diet but miss having pasta in my diet. Unfortunately the pasta products in the food store have too many carbs. I have tried it as a side dish with butter, with spaghetti sauce and in chicken noodle soup. Unfortunately it does not have the mouth feel or flavor of commercial pasta. It tends to be dry and and the sauces do not hide the flavor.

All in the name of low carbs
On keto, I really needed a product that will satisfy my pasta cravings. This was the best I thought would. Orzo is my substitute to rice. This took a long time to cook to my desired firmness. I like it. I tried the shell today. I am not too fond of the texture. Added lots of shredded chicken and mayo to mask it. I have still to try the spaghetti and macaroni. Review will be updated once I have. So far, it’s okay. Price was cheaper purchasing all 4 through Amazon than from the Low Carb Bread Co website.

Al Dente!!!!
Had high hopes because I miss my pasta. I prefer my pasta on the Al dente side but this is crazy!!! I made the spaghetti, cooked it for 15 minutes and it was hard to eat. I made mac n cheese with the shells, cooked for over 20 min, this was a little better but still tough. The next cook will be at least 30 minutes.

Strange Texture
So far, I’ve made mac and cheese with the elbows and pasta salad with the rotini, and both times I cooked it longer than suggested to avoid the overly al dente texture… a full 15 minutes. Alas, with both dishes, this “pasta” came out feeling like undercooked pasta with a strange, grittiness. I will continue to try the remaining 2 in other dishes and, if the results are different/better, will update the review.
