Does this work on toenails?

Works great on the toes. My polish actually stays on my toes longer than my fingernails with this the primer/base and top coat combination!

What is the difference between this and no-acid primer? and do i need both? i'm using orly gel fx bodyguard. thank you.

This is a non-acid primer.. Orly just put there spin on it since its developed to be used with there system of gels.. Its a great product I use it as primer for my hard gel full sets and it works great.. I use IBD hard gel..

How long under the IV/led light?

The length of time under the light depends on the Wattage of your Lamp. To be safe you should let it set 60 - 90 seconds
