I have three of these. Built first aid kits for the car, vacations, and hunting trips. Nice and compact but fit everything I need nicely. Definitely worth the price. I love the layout.

I attached this to my car seat organizer. It seemed kind of small for my use. I was surprised how much first aid equipment I could actually stuff into this bag. I did not weave the molle straps of this specific bag. Instead, I ran the straps through for a quick release. This particular bag is well-made, and easy to install. I am very satisfied with this prroduct and purchase.

I like the more flat shape (vs IFAK style) and having the rip-off option if needed. The material is lighter weight than an IFAK but seems sturdy enough. It had plenty of space for all of my required kit items, and they are reasonably organized and accessible when packed. Mine was missing the first aid patch, which was a bummer. (I wanted to use it immediately so I didn't return it just for that.) I did notice that the zipper isn't very tight, so it's best to keep the pulls at a bottom position so they don't creep down and potentially leave the case open. Overall it seems to work pretty well. Other than the missing patch, I am satisfied.

Been using this thing for a while now, really enjoy it. First had this attached to the molle on my backpack, then on a range bag, and finally on my gun cart. I run this thing with 2x pack gauze, 2x pairs of chest seal, 2x 6 inch Israeli style bandages, 2x NAR Tourniquets, trauma shears, gloves, and a sharpie. You can actually fit even more in this if you wanted to add quickclot or airway management like NPAs or tongue depressors. The MOLLE and velcro field means you can attach your blood type and NKDA patches while also attaching extra pouches for torniquets, chem lights, or decompression needles. My favorite thing about it is you can unclip the buckle and just rip it off the velcro for a quick deploy. I'll be running this IFAK for the rest of my life probably.

Great little bag and addition to our jeep. Put all ur first aid stuff in this for ur Offroad adventures or any adventures.

Good for keeping things organized. Will fit anything that has Mole attachments.
